DAMAGED GOODS

If an item is received damaged or broken, notify the shipper immediately then contact our sales office so that we may remedy the situation. Please retain the trackiing numbers and keep all damaged goods / packaging for later inspection by the shipper.

EXCHANGES

Vermiculture.ca will be happy to exchange within 30 days any product purchased on this site, provided the buyer covers the shipping charges. Please contact Customer Service with your exchange details.

Items Standard Return Policy

o Return for refund within: 30 days
o Return for replacement within: 1 year
This is our Detailed Standard Return Policy. Unless another return policy is indicated, products sold by Vermiculture Canada are covered by this Standard Return Policy. Merchandise under this Standard Return Policy may be returned a) within 30 days of the original invoice date for a refund, or b) within one year of the original invoice date for a replacement of the same item. All returns require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. All items returned for a refund are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Many manufacturers offer additional factory coverage. With regard to such, you should contact the manufacturer of your item directly for information regarding eligibility and specific Terms and Conditions.

CD/DVD Return Policy
DVDs/CDs are non-refundable but may be exchanged within 30-days of the invoice date for a functional version of the same CD by using the shipping label packaged with your order. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us for help.

To receive a prompt refund from Vermiculture.ca, items must be returned within 14 days of delivery, with shipping and insurance prepaid (sorry, no C.O.D's can be accepted). Unfortunately, the original shipping fees cannot be refunded. Before returning any item, you must first email Customer Service for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. No returns of any type will be accepted without an RMA# (which is valid for 14 days). Our shipping address is:

ORDER  ACCEPTANCE

Your order is reviewed for accuracy and verified with the manufacturer as soon as it is received. In cases where manufacturers inform us of changes in availability, you will be notified as soon as possible. Such information can cause delays in your estimated shipping time. Vermiculture.ca is not responsible for such changes in availability or for any other inadvertent errors on our site.


CANCELLATION  POLICY

Once an item has been processed, it is nearly impossible to cancel. If it is still in our warehouse, we can normally stop the shipment and cancel the order. Once data is transmitted to our regional fulfillment centers and factory warehouses, orders cannot be cancelled. If a customer decides they no longer want an item after it has been process and shipped, you will still have to pay for shipping and any associated restocking fees.

DELAYS & BACK ORDERS

Most orders are processed the same day they are received. Products in stock are normally shipped out within a few days, drop-ship items within 3-5 days. If an item is out-of-stock or backordered, we can usually provide the buyer with a guestimate of availability. If shipment has been delayed for other reasons, we try our best to notify customers so that proper delivery arrangements can be made. We do not normally process credit cards on back orders, unless it is part of a larger order; we wait until the item is read to ship before we charge your card. Though we make every possible effort to honor customer requests, we cannot always guarantee specific color choices with units that have several colors available.

REPLACEMENT PARTS

If the warranty does not cover replacement parts, or if it has expired, Vermiculture.ca can usually find or order parts for most of the products list on this site. Sometimes the pieces are available for free, other times there is a nominal charge. Please contact Customer Service for more information. In the body of the email, please specify what item is in need of repair and what specific parts are needed.

Manufacturer's Warranties

Vermiculture Canada does not offer any express warranties. However, many of the products available through Vermiculture Canada are covered by Manufacturers' Warranties. If a product is covered by a manufacturer's warranty, it will be stated on that product's web page. Manufacturers' warranty details are typically available at the manufacturer's website. Detailed manufacturer warranty information can also be obtained for free by contacting our Customer Service department. Please note that products in this category are non-refundable unless otherwise indicated. Products that state "This item can be returned to the product manufacturer only" must be returned directly to the product manufacturer for repair or replacement, unless otherwise required by law. For these items, the warranty policy provided by the product manufacturer explicitly requires that any returns, repairs etc. be requested and processed directly by the consumer (or "end-user") of the item.
